To be considered for a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, a customer must have a PayPal business or PayPal Balance account. Sign up for free.

You'll receive unlimited 1.00% cash back on purchases when your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard purchase is completed as a credit transaction. Purchases eligible for cash back include transactions processed as credit by Mastercard. Purchases that are not eligible for the cash back include but are not limited to: transactions processed as cash withdrawals, cash advances, quasi-cash transactions or those using a PIN or that the merchant processes via debit network or PIN-less debit. Earned cash back will be added to your PayPal balance weekly. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details.
